A little bit about us

Hi, we’re parents of now 19 month old Rowan, and 4 other kiddos who are older and not in need of care. We have an active household, with 4 dogs and a cat as well. Dad works remotely as a software engineer and consultant, and mom stays home to help care for the kids and home, and occasionally works remotely as well. We’re looking for someone willing to come in and help mom with Rowan’s care, daily activities, and light housekeeping like loading/unloading the dishwasher, picking up toys, organizing Rowan’s clothes, etc. so dad can focus on work during the week. Rowan loves outdoors, animals, reading, singing, coloring and other crafts, amongst other things. Other helpful things include accompanying mom on grocery runs, taking Rowan to the library, zoo, and other local attractions, and occasionally helping with pickup of our 2nd youngest from school which is less than 10 minutes away. This is a part time position, in our home, that we hope to make full time with the right person and enough time.

I’m looking for a consistent sitter for my kids to watch them Tues-Thurs every week. The time frame changes a little on Wednesdays every other week to accommodate a work meeting but hours will be between 10-12 a week.

Overnight and weekends stays may be needed at times, while out of town on business or farming in SWKS.
