A little bit about us

My wife and I are looking for someone to help take care of our 6mo son 3 days a week from 9-5 (Tues-Thurs, flexible). We live in the heart of OTR (don't worry, we have parking covered) and have two dogs. Our ideal nanny is:
• Familiar with Montessori methods and/or willing to learn
• Eager to participate in the growth and development of a cool little man (reading him books, enrichment activities, motor-skills, etc)
• Caring, motivated and engaging
• Comfortable with dogs
• Good with babies (should this have gone above the dog one?)
• Open to helping out around the house when not actively engaged with the baby (loading/unloading dishwasher, folding some towels, etc),
• Willing to help establish routines
