Hours would typically be from 7 am to 2 pm Monday through Friday, but this could sometimes vary slightly depending on meetings - father works from home. The main task will be keeping our children occupied with structured activities and tutoring. Someone experienced in sleep conditioning and newborn care for a position in Paradise Valley, AZ, providing care for a newborn starting this summer. The ideal candidate is relaxed, able to work with other nannies, and used to newborns.
Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on care, including feeding, diapering, and soothing.
• Follow a schedule to help establish healthy sleep patterns
• Monitor the baby’s needs and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Coordinate with the family and the rotating nannies for smooth transitions.
- Be flexible if coverage is needed (we have two other nannies helping with the newborn during the week and there's flexibility on their part too :)
- Comfortable with sleeping in the same room as the baby for the first few months (large room)
