Hello!! We have a 7 month old boy and I am pregnant again and due in early February. Looking for flexible days during the week but must be able to be available for early hours as my husband and I are both in the medical field. We are currently using daycare but will have a need next year for a nanny to drop off the kids at daycare in the early am!

She's independent enough to go to the bathroom on her own, feed herself, dress herself etc. However, she's not independent enough to be left alone an entire day in case someone comes to the door or there is an emergency at home. Essentially she just needs an adult to just be home with her while we're at work. She's a sweet girl, non-aggressive what so ever, & although her social and communications skills are delayed, she is capable of communicating her needs.
