We're looking for a warm, reliable nanny for our son Caden, who is 11 months old. We want someone patient and engaged who'll bring structure to his day while still making room for play, curiosity, and lots of outside time. Reliability matters a lot to us. Beyond the basics, we're hoping to find someone who feels like an extension of our family.
