Part-Time Nanny Job: The Natasha Family with 1 Child
We are seeking a reliable and engaging Mother’s Helper to assist with our 5-month-old baby while mom (and sometimes dad) works from home.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys babies, is attentive to infant needs, and is comfortable supporting both childcare and light household tasks while a parent remains home.
Schedule
- Part-time
- Approx. 5 days/week
- 4 hours per shift
- Daytime hours
- Days/Times/Hours all flexible for the right candidate
Primary Responsibilities
- Engage and interact with baby during wake windows (talking, play, developmental activities)
- Assist with soothing, diaper changes, and playtime
- Help with naps and basic baby routines
- Support mom while she works from home
- Light housekeeping (bottles, laundry, tidying)
What We’re Looking For
- Experience caring for infants (professional or extensive personal experience)
- Warm, patient, and attentive personality
- Comfortable working with a parent present
- Able to take initiative and remain calm when baby is fussy
- Enjoys talking and actively engaging with babies
- Reliable and communicative
Our Parenting Style
We value responsive caregiving, gentle interaction, and active engagement. We are looking for someone who enjoys building connection with a baby — not just supervising.

- CPR/First Aid certified

Hey! 👋🏻
We are looking for a part time babysitter/nanny would like to care for Saylor on a regular basis. Almost like a new addition to our family on a more laid back and flexible basis. ☺️ I am starting school in the fall and I need to dedicate time to ensure I can focus on my work. Daddy works day shift but also needs a little time to breathe after work as well.
The Basic Needs:
Looking for someone who can at least do 3 times a week. Occasional nights and weekends (not overnight). We need the occasional Mommy/Daddy night, cause boy it feels like it's been forever! 😂 We are looking for someone who can be flexible in schedules because an infant is unpredictable at times 😉 Mostly the schedule is flexible but mostly a 9am-5pm kind of schedule. I am open for discussion on that as well.
The Role:
We want someone who will engage with Saylor, show her kindness and support, help her learn, take her to the park or on fun little adventures, play with her, keep up with her needs like feeding, changing, getting dressed in her day clothes and jammies. Clean up any mess left over from the day.
We will cover any expenses needed for activities, extra gas, etc. We will also provide everything needed to succeed.
Extras:
- Potentially follow a bed time routine like reading a book, wiping her down from the day, jammies, bottle, and then mommy will be home to put her to bed. This is for the occasional nights/weekends. -

My peanut is a sweet baby girl who is currently babbling. She has the biggest smile that just melts your heart. We would need a nanny starting this month. The hours would be 8:00am-6:30 pm. The responsibilities would include feeding baby, practice walking, changing her diapers, snack time, nap time, reading to her, playing with her, and playing Ms.Rachel play house for her. I also have a dog and cat, however, all we would need you to do is allow our dog out on the leash a couple times during the day. We are a sweet loving upbeat family and hope whoever picks us feels is also upbeat.
