Part-Time Nanny Job: The Gonzalez Family with 2 Children
We’re looking for a patient, dependable, and experienced nanny to care for our 5-year-old son, Mateo, while his younger sister is at school. Mateo is bright, curious, very logical, and loves hands-on activities, being outside, building, creating, and learning through play. We are currently homeschooling him while we work through an evaluation and determine the best school setting for him.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable supporting a child with behavioral and sensory needs and who can respond to challenging moments with patience, consistency, and a calm demeanor. Experience with ADHD, neurodivergent children, sensory sensitivities, behavioral support, or special education is a plus.
The role will include helping with his homeschool activities, keeping him engaged with age-appropriate learning and play, spending time outdoors, doing crafts/projects, and helping him practice social and emotional skills. We want someone who can build a trusting relationship with Mateo while maintaining boundaries and structure.
We’re looking for someone warm, proactive, reliable, and genuinely interested in getting to know Mateo and helping him thrive.
