I would then like to transition into staying over night, while I work 2-3 days a week from 6pm-8am. The kids are on a 10-10 sleep schedule. Your duties would be to feed them dinner, play with them and then put them to bed at 10. There is some flexibility with the days and can be moved around a little if needed based on your schedule.
