I work from home in the Human Resources field and my older daughter is now working and playing sports all year long so I am in need of babysitter at different times of the day. My son is somewhat shy until he gets to know someone. He loves dinosaurs and paw patrol and loves play time. Evenings is more when a babysitter is needed so I have to time get other things done as well as have some adult time.
