We are looking for an enthusiastic, kind, safety conscious nanny who will help Marshall learn and grow and be a good role model for our daughter. Your responsibilities would be to look after Marshall, stick to his eating and napping schedule. Do activities with him and prepare lunch and snacks for him.

We are a family in South San Jose looking for a kind, patient, dependable caregiver/family helper for a long-term position.
Our primary need is help caring for our 13-year-old son with autism, who is minimally verbal, particularly before and/or after school. He thrives with familiar routines and can occasionally have challenging behaviors when dysregulated, so we need someone calm and willing to learn his communication style, routines and triggers. I’ll be available to support and step in when needed, especially initially. Special-needs/autism experience is a plus.
We also have a 2-year-old, so comfort with young children is important.
Depending on our needs, the role may also include:
• Engaging/playing with our toddler as needed
• Cooking/meal prep
• Dishes/kitchen cleanup
• Laundry/folding
• Tidying/organizing
• Vacuuming/mopping and general household help
Immediate need starting next week, especially after school, with some morning/daytime hours available. We’re looking for someone consistent and long-term.
Reliability and communication are extremely important.
