We're a family of five, plus a dog, who love Duluth, getting outdoors and traveling. We're looking for a Household & Family Assistant for about 20 hours a week. The job is a mix of keeping our home running smoothly, cleaning, tackling house projects, and spending one evening a week with our three kids (ages 5, 7 and 9).
You'll work closely with Sarah, who manages our household. We're looking for someone who takes real pride in a well-kept home, enjoys kids, and wants a steady, long-term role with a family that will appreciate them.
Schedule
We'll set a regular weekly schedule together, with some flexibility to fit the right person.
What we need
One evening a week with the kids, so we can have a date night.
At least one of Tuesday or Thursday morning; ideally both.

She loves to draw and paint so arts and crafts are definitely within our household. I she is allergic to peanuts and certain antibiotics which I can explain further more in detail once we have a chat. I am willing to pay above my intended rate if necessary! We have twin girls who will be 5 months old when the position starts. They will need care 2 days/week for 4-6 hours between 9 and 5 while I work on our small farm. Days are flexible, preference for one early and one late in the week beginning in April and going through October. You will be responsible for caring for the girls only, though occasionally my 5 yr old may be home if preschool is closed. Light cleaning is expected (washing bottles, dishes after a meal, keeping changing stations tidy etc…) when possible. I will most often be on the property, and my farm hand and husband (working from home) may occasionally overlap with you as well. It’s a fun and relaxed atmosphere, with lots of animals and visitors to help pass the time.

Hello! Our family is looking for a nanny to cover summer care for our 4 children. They currently range in age from 11 to 2. My older two are very helpful and for the most part self sufficient, aside from meals. We have plenty to do in and around our home, but would love to have someone to encourage our kids sense of adventure and creativity, love of the outdoors, and sports. Ideally, we would like someone to be with them from 7:30 to 4 M-F starting in June through August. Looking for someone who is willing and able to provide transportation for adventures and practices as needed as well. We do have 2 labs and a toy breed as well. Though we don’t expect you to care for them, we would prefer you are comfortable having them around.
