A little bit about us

My fiance Brandon works from home and is also trying to work on our property. I have my own nail business in bartram park I work Tuesday - Saturday. Our oldest is kooper. He is a creative fun child who really just likes to play. The middle son is Clayton. He is 4 and slightly on the autistic spectrum. He is a very sweet boy but sometimes doesn't get the difference when he's playing to rough or not. The youngest is 6 months her name is Ainsley. She is such a happy baby. Loves to be played with and walked around and loves her food. We are really looking for someone who will be willing to pick up the kids from school ( in keystone heights) and then be able to hang around until it is dinner time. Hoping to have at least every other Saturday where Ainsley is watched so Brandon can take the boys out to have some father son time. We do have a few pets. Dogs, cats and bunnies none which would need assistance while your here.

- 16 months old and fully embracing the toddler phase!
- Highly active; she loves being outside, animals, reading, coloring, and swimming

Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Plan activities, read together, take her to nearby parks/library
- Food prep: prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks for a toddler
- Occasional transportation to/from Grandma's house in Orange Park
- Pet friendly: comfortable having a small dog around the house
- Long term fit: able to grow with our family over time

Requirements:
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- Non-smoker
- Reliable personal transportation
- Background in childcare with references
- Able to pass a background check

Prefer:
- 5+ years of childcare experience with ages 0-5
- Toddler development experience: prior experience navigating the 1–2-year age range (milestones, emotional regulation, potty training)
- Water friendly: We’d love someone who is comfortable in the water and able to bring our daughter in and around our pool
- Comfortable preparing clean, minimally processed meals/snacks
- Energetic & Outdoorsy: someone who genuinely enjoys being active and outside
- Background in early childhood education
