I am looking for regular M-Th 9-5 then weekend and nights as needed. We travel 2-4 times per year for work that we will need help with. Like housework, meal prep and dog care. Needs to have a high level or proactivity and organization. Flexibility and loyalty are our main priorities outside of the expected safety and fun / calm environment needed for our kids. In addition we would like to have someone to sit every other weekend and/or take her out for a fun activity. She is verbal and can perform her own care, she just needs reminders to stay on task and complete activities. She has a few chores to do each day so helping maintain an after school routine will be important. Minimal household tasks like meal prep will be needed. Hours are 3:30-6:30 afternoons and weekend time is flexible. We have a dog and 3 cats. Only responsibility for them would be to let dog outside in fenced back yard.
