Hi! We’re a family in Lancaster looking for a warm, reliable nanny to care for our daughter, who will be about 4.5 months old when care starts.
My husband and I both work from home, so we’ll be around during the day, but we’re looking for someone who feels comfortable taking the lead with her while we’re working. Most days would be focused on bottles, naps, tummy time, reading, walks, playtime, and age-appropriate activities as she grows.
We’re pretty laid-back and want whoever is caring for her to feel comfortable in our home. We’re not looking for a lot of housework, just basic cleanup related to the baby and helping keep her things organized.
We also have a very sweet golden retriever who will be around during the day, so being comfortable with dogs is important. 😊
Above all, we’re hoping to find someone who is dependable, caring, communicative, and genuinely enjoys spending time with babies.

Hello! I am looking for someone to watch my 10 month old daughter, Delilah, on Wednesdays and Fridays from 7:30-4:30. I can be flexible on Wednesdays because I only work until about noon, but would like to use the extra time to run errands, go to appointments, and relax! Responsibilities would include getting the baby dressed, giving her bottles (strictly formula) and two meals of solids, putting her down for naps, and of course playtime. You wouldn't have to take her anywhere, you'd mainly just be hanging out with her at the house. We do have a dog named Elsa (who can be more work than the baby, to be honest), but if you're not comfortable with her she can be crated during the day.
