We are looking for a long term nanny to help us care for our two children. No housework necessary, just daily tasks involved with caring for children like feeding, diaper changes, play time. We need someone available Tuesday-Thursday from approximately 8am-7pm. This is the maximum hours needed, but we typically only utilize 15-20 hours a week. We pay for the hours you work, but guarantee 15 hours paid weekly (whether worked or not) as long as you remain available all 3 days. The baby will still need someone 9-4. Our 4 year old is a little behind on speech, but has made major progress. We are currently potty training and would be willing to pay extra if assistance with that. We have two dachshunds, but wouldn’t require any extra care for them, but the nanny has to be ok with them roaming the main level. We have a great fenced in back yard for the kids to play.

I’m starting the process of looking for a long-term nanny for my 9 month old and 3 year old boys. My 3 year old is in daycare so this would not be immediate as we would need to give notice. Hoping for part time at around 30 hrs a week. Looking for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and half day Friday. I’m also open to a nanny share but would prefer most days be in our house in Lenexa.
