Beyond the basics, we're hoping to find someone who feels like an extension of our family. I need help with my 3 boys. The younger 2 are with us full time, CJ (2 yrs) and Everett (3 months); the oldest, Nate (8 yrs) is only with us about 10 weeks a year. They are energetic, loving boys. The hours will vary, mostly to accommodate when my husband's and my work schedules overlap or when I need to run errands or go to appointments.
