We’re a Kirkland family looking for a warm, reliable, experienced nanny for our son, who will be about 11 months old when you start. This is a long-term position beginning Monday, November 30, 2026.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–12:00 pm (20 hours a week, guaranteed)

Feeding: purées and baby-led weaning; we’re finishing weaning by year-end
Diapering, play, reading, and walks, including a nearby park a 5-minute walk away, weather permitting. No driving.
Naps: he sleeps independently in his room after a short wind-down routine we’ll show you
No screens
While he naps:
Run and unload laundry; fold and put away his clothes
Prepare his meals from recipes and ingredients we provide
Light tidying related to him, such as straightening his play area and cleaning his toys, etc.
If a nap runs short and things don’t get done, that’s fine. He comes first.
What we’re looking for
3+ years of paid experience caring for infants or toddlers
Current infant CPR and first aid certification
Able to lift and carry a child of about 25 lbs, and comfortable with floor play
Clear communication in English
Reliable arrival by 8:00 am. Our home isn’t served by public transit; free parking is on site.
No smoking or vaping while working or on our property. We ask that our nanny have a current Tdap and flu vaccine.

Part-Time Nanny Job: The L Family with 1 Child
I m looking for a kind and patient nanny to take care of my 14 months baby during the day from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. My baby is very playful and smart. He can walk, but sometimes fall. He needs close attention and likes to walk around in the house. We have an enclosed play pan for him to play, but he doesn't like to stay in there for too long. An ideal day will start with breakfast and then play for two hours and then nap for an hour from 10-11. Then lunch and nap again from 2-3 or sometimes after 3, then I can take care of him after 3PM.
Part-Time Nanny Job: The Lane Family with 1 Child
I am a first time mom, not due until [phone number hidden]. But I am just starting research around childcare in general for potential start time in the first quarter of next year. Probably not until our daughter is about 5-6 months old.
We do have two dogs, so you'd need to be comfortable being in our home with them as well.
Communicating outside Nanny Lane can put you at risk of online fraud. For your safety, we require you to message through Nanny Lane.
