We'd like to find someone who's interested in growing with our family long-term. There will be light housekeeping like laundry and cleaning around the house after the kids. Hi! I'm a mom to a 3 (almost 4) year old boy, Rowan. I'm a Montessori preschool teacher. My son attends the morning program at my school. I'm looking for care in the afternoons for 3-4 days a week. We will need a nanny to pick up at 11:15 from school and do playtime, lunch time, rest time. Until I'm off around 4:00 pm. (4:30 on Wednesdays)
My mother in law will be watching him on Tuesdays, so we will only need care for M/W/Th/F.
I know 11:15 is near lunch and nap time for most families so I hope to find someone who begins lunch/nap closer to noon.
I follow a public school calendar, with all the regular scheduled holiday breaks, so we won't need care on those weeks. And my school is closed about once a month on Monday or Friday making some weeks only 3 days needed of care.
