The ideal person is energetic enough to keep up with his curiosity while also providing a calm, steady presence. We value someone who enjoys teaching life skills, encourages kindness, confidence, independence, and respect, and is passionate about helping shape not just a smart child, but a genuinely good human being.
Hours offer some flexibility, however full time 35-40 hr a week commitment is preferred.
