We are looking for a long-term nanny to care for our 6-month-old, every Thursday and Friday. We are hoping this can grow into a steady arrangement, ideally 6+ months or longer, and are looking for someone who can be available for both days.
Must have prior experience working with infants and a good understanding of developmental milestones. We also lean toward Montessori-style learning at home, with a focus on gentle, hands-on activities, lots of reading together, and no screens. CPR certification is a plus.
Light baby-related household help would also include baby laundry, loading bottle washer, replenishing changing station, etc.
We work from home and have a large dog, so the house is always lively!

He is constantly learning, and he loves going to the park and library story time and spending a lot of time every day outdoors. For the share, we could have both kids based at our house or split the time at each house, and we can be flexible on schedule.
