A little bit about us

We are first-time parents looking for a loving, reliable, and experienced nanny to care for our baby girl (born October 2026). We're hoping to find someone who will become a trusted part of our family!

- Location:*Lakewood, CO
- Start Date: Mid-January 2027
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
- Hours: Approximately 30–40 hours/week, with 30 guaranteed paid hours. Exact schedule to be discussed.
- Pay: $22–$25/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
- Position: Long-term

Responsibilities:
- Providing loving, attentive infant care
- Managing feedings, naps, diaper changes, and daily routines
- Engaging in age-appropriate activities
- Baby-related laundry, bottle cleaning, and tidying nursery/play areas
- Occasionally feeding or letting our golden retriever into our fenced backyard

Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced with newborns/infants
- Warm, patient, dependable, and nurturing
- Infant CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification)
- Strong childcare references
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with dogs and a work-from-home parent

About Our Family:

We're a friendly, easygoing family welcoming our first baby! Dad works in the office M–F, and Mom works from home (finishing maternity leave in January). We also have a sweet 9-year-old golden retriever who loves her new little sister!

We value open communication, reliability, and mutual respect. We're looking for someone who will feel comfortable in our home and build a wonderful relationship with our daughter.
