Ability to redirect and promote age appropriate consequences, as well as help to solve problems and conflicts appropriately but positively. Should be available from 8-5p, 4-5 days per week for either 4-8 hour shifts. Given COVID, at least one parent will be home. Individual should also be practicing recommended COVID social distancing guidelines. Hoping you can start immediately!
