Rhiley is 7 and super helpful! Sejhana is 1 and very active. This would be part-time & include some transportation. Rhiley does dance in Rock Hill SC on Thursdays from 5:45-7:15pm. I would need someone to be here 3 days out of the week, roughly 12-16 hours. I work remote so I would need someone to either pick Rhiley up from school or sit home with the baby while I do transportation this is flexible.

Life is busy outside of work, so if you are sick or need time off or whatever we just ask for a heads up. We historically paid our nanny in cash, to help her save on taxes, but are open to something more structured and formal, whatever makes you most comfortable. We're totally fine with taking time off whether a mental health day here, a vacation, whatever it may be we just ask for enough notice so we can find other accommodations! Our son is well mannered, he has his fussy moments! but is generally a happy little guy. Loves to play, be around people and loves his dog. Drinks four bottles of formula a day, and is eating three solid little meals as well. Our house has plenty of space, fenced in backyard and we're in a great neighborhood close to a bunch of stuff in Charlotte (South Park area). All in we're looking for someone sweet and reliable who will enjoy spending time with our son and can be apart of the family the next while.
