My husband and I work very long hours and need someone reliable, typically we will need someone from 7 AM to 7- 8:30 PM for about 14-16 days a month. the twins are very low maintenance as well they just sleep for the most part but require more attention as they are currently hitting different milestones.
It is very important we have someone who is reliable and can communicate with us if they have any changes coming to the their schedule ect.
