Needs to have a high level or proactivity and organization. Flexibility and loyalty are our main priorities outside of the expected safety and fun / calm environment needed for our kids. Both are smart and not too much to handle. If my parents come and get them only thing to do is tidy up dish wash and make sure the dog gets its walk. You can leave after all is done. They take care of each other, so really just need someone to be there because by law they cant stay alone.
