Elle is 12 years old and is disabled. She has poly micro gyria and is not able to care for herself. She just needs someone to keep an eye on her and potentially change her diaper, give her snacks etc. She is easy to watch, she will be set up in her room with the tv/tablet/toys- she just needs someone to be there to watch over her.
