A little bit about us

We're looking for a warm, reliable nanny for our son Caden, who is 11 months old. We want someone patient and engaged who'll bring structure to his day while still making room for play, curiosity, and lots of outside time. Reliability matters a lot to us. We need someone who shows up on time, communicates clearly, and treats our routines and house rules as their own.
Beyond the basics, we're hoping to find someone who feels like an extension of our family. Someone honest, dependable, and genuinely good with kids, not just supervising him but actually engaging with him. We'd love a nanny with real experience, solid references, and a calm, steady presence, since consistency is a big deal for us given our work schedules.
We're specifically hoping to find someone bilingual who can help teach him Spanish. She or he should be comfortable driving him to activities or appointments and be open to helping with light housework. We also have dogs at home, so a comfort with pets is a must.
