We live in San Mateo and are looking for an experienced, professional infant nanny for our daughter. Our household includes my husband, myself, our daughter, and our two friendly, small dogs (under 30 lbs) who love people. Our goal is to find a wonderful caregiver who will become a trusted partner in our daughter's growth and development.
I work full-time from home in a dedicated, separate office space. While I am available for emergencies, I plan to be fully separated during the day so you can manage the daily routine. Because our dogs are a big part of our home, being comfortable around pets is important to us.
Job Details:
• Timeline: Staggered transition throughout December, officially starting full-time in January.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities:
• Infant Care: Manage daily routines, including bottle feeding, sleep tracking, managing wake windows, and introducing solids.
• Developmental Play: Engage in age-appropriate milestones, sensory play, reading aloud, and outdoor stroller walks.
• Baby Tasks: Handle light, child-related upkeep such as washing/sterilizing bottles and keeping the play area tidy.
Desired Qualifications:
• Proven experience caring for young infants with excellent references.
• Comfortable with a remote work-from-home parent setup.
• Pet-friendly and happy to be around small dogs.
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain before starting).
• Non-smoker with a clean background check.

Hi! We are looking to hire a hindi speaker with for our lovely 3 year old girl in part time 8 or 9 am until 12:30 pm. Task includes only reading lots of hindi books in clear Hindi and play with child at home in hindi. Feed food prepped by mom. Nothing else!
