Full-Time Nanny Job: The Williams Family with 1 Child
NOT looking for a nanny. We are looking for another family to join our established, full-time nanny share!
The share is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, and each family pays $18/hr. Start date is flexible, as early as Sep 14.
Our son is about 16 months old, and our nanny started taking care of him when he was three months old. We've loved operating as a two-kid share during the time, but the other little girl whose spot you'd be taking is leaving for preschool.
We feel so lucky to have our nanny--she's super engaged with the kids, keeps them very active each day with outings to parks/library/rec center, and is very proactive about communication with us. She has 9 years of childcare experience (in daycare and as a nanny). She was a nurse in El Salvador and first worked as a Certified Medical Assistant when she came to the US. She's also CPR and First Aid certified and trained in ABA.

Baby laundry, serving meals, keeping to nap time and feeding schedules while finding creative entertainment outlets that aren’t limited to television required. Ability to help with lift housework and meal prep a bonus but not required. Both children are active and loving. Must be able to pass a background check. Car is not required but we don’t live close to public transportation so reliable ability to come and from work on time a must. No transportation responsibilities for kids; care will be centered around the home. Ample parking, plenty of green spaces and a playground within walking distance of our home. We have a very low maintenance dog, so animal lovers a plus. My husband and I both work during the day and our current nanny recently gave her notice so actively and aggressively looking for a replacement.

Musts:
- Be fully vaccinated, to include the COVID vaccine and booster, and TDAP
- Be COVID conscious and safe (masks, hand washing)
- Be infant CPR certified and have a knowledge of First Aid
- Be able to drive to and from our home, as well as able to transport the baby in case of emergency
If you have children, they are more than welcome to come with you for the day, so long as they are fully vaccinated.
We have two cats that are indoor/outdoor and very friendly! We work from home most days.
We are open to paying you however you prefer, but would love to use a payroll service.
