Full-Time Nanny Job: The Chard Family with 2 Children
We are looking for a long term nanny to help us care for our two children. No housework necessary, just daily tasks involved with caring for children like feeding, diaper changes, play time. We need someone available Tuesday-Thursday from approximately 8am-7pm. This is the maximum hours needed, but we typically only utilize 15-20 hours a week. We pay for the hours you work, but guarantee 15 hours paid weekly (whether worked or not) as long as you remain available all 3 days. We are looking for someone to love on our kiddos while we are working!
We need care on T, W, Th. The hours and schedule can be up for discussion but T and Th would be our 14mo baby only and W would also include our 3yo boy and 6yo girl.
Our big kids love sports, going on walks to our neighborhood park, doing picnics, nature/bugs/playing outside, books, art, games. I love if they get dirty and play in the rain! I love if they’re barefoot outside in the garden!
Our kiddos are used to a nanny and understand the routine it includes. I work from home.
We want a nanny who adores kids, can lead the rhythm of the day with the kids, and can appreciate our household culture. We love Jesus here, we do not vaccinate, we eat (mostly) healthy fresh food, we let the kids have fun and be little (as long as they’re kind and following important rules), we communicate, and we (try to) keeps things tidy. We also give grace! Screen time is minimal but a little is fine for exceptions like a stormy day. The kids do not need to be entertained all day. The bigs can go off and play independently and I encourage that!

Looking for some help after school with two sweet little girls in Overland Park. I am a professional who works from home and need assistance with evening care, meal prep, laundry, and watching them on the occasional evening out. They will need picked up from school or after-school care, help keeping their spaces clean, dinner prepared, and help with folding and preparing clothes for school the next day. Days will be afternoons into evenings Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday care on call (maybe 1-2 times per month).
