Part-Time Nanny Job: The Ramirez Family with 2 Children
Hello! We are looking for part time support with our two babies. We are moving from Austin to McAllen at the end of October to be closer to my family. Availability will be based on my schedule and will vary from day to day but the time blocks will be between 8-5. At the moment I am looking for someone that can help me max 5 hours throughout my work day. Although there is variability day to day, you would know up to 2 weeks or more in advance what hours will looks like.
Your responsibilities would include
- engaging both children in age appropriate activities, play and reading
-following their routines for naps, feedings, diaper changes and meals/snacks
- providing attentive, nurturing care and maintaining a safe environment
- cleaning up after the children, including putting away toys, washing their dishes/bottles and tidying play and eating areas
- communicating updates about the children’s day and any concerns
Since my partner and I both work from home there may be times when we’re able to interact with the kids or lend a hand depending on the day/timeframe. We do ask you take the lead during scheduled hours. We do have a orange tabby cat who loves pets and snuggles so we’d prefer someone okay with pets. :)

He also still isn’t potty trained. The job I’m offering isn’t full time. For this job you’ll be called for special occasions (weddings, events, etc.) We’d pe present at these events but would want a helping hand at these events (you’d be attending to events). Or it would be for date nights (so you’d stay in with my son but usually I’ll put him to sleep before going so, you’d just have to be there while he sleeps) Keep in mind that most of these jobs will be in the weekends and will be late nights.
