His schedule is decently flexible, but we are generally looking for 8-5 style work day care. Josie is currently breastfed and we are hoping to introduce her to food baby led weaning style. We are trying to avoid screen time as much as possible and recognize that may change as our parenting needs and Josie’s needs change. My mother lives downstairs, and she will be part of, but not all of, our child care solution. She speaks Spanish as well as English and we are hoping to help Josie grow up bilingual.
