The most important consideration is Ry's food allergies. She has multiple severe food allergies, so I need someone who is extremely attentive, responsive, and comfortable following our food safety instructions carefully. Because of her allergies, a nanny without pets is required.

Pay $15 -$20/hour, based on experience. Above all, I'm looking for someone I can trust to be both sensitive and highly responsive to Ry's allergy needs while providing her with warm engaged care.

If this sounds like a good fit, I'd love to hear about your experiences with toddlers, any experience you have caring for children with food allergies, and your availability on Thursday and Friday mornings.
