My wife stays home with our four children (3 boys, 7, 5, and almost 3, and 1 girl, 4 months), but doesn't really have any additional help while I'm at work.

Low key, upper South Hill family. Parents are working professionals. The girls are independent and helpful. During the summer, we want our nanny to engage our kids in activities and go do fun things. Once school is back in session, we need after school supervision and homework help. We had our last nanny for 7 years! We treat our nanny like family and have very well behaved kids. We provide pay when we are vacationing and are super laid back. Pets are included in the home, and we only expect our nanny to keep the kitchen tidy. No other housework is required.

Our daughter Sunshine is a sweet baby girl. We need help with watching our 1 one year old. I work full time and my husband is a stay-at-home dad, but we are also artists, and we do art shows.
