Part-Time Nanny Job: The Garrison Family with 1 Child
We’re looking for a warm, reliable, English-speaking and experienced nanny to care for our baby boy, who is due in December. This is a part-time (Weekdays, 8am-1pm, subject to change) position based in San Jose, CA. Expected start date: March 1, 2027.
We are not open to having a live-in nanny; the position is payroll only.
About the role:
Provide loving, attentive care for our little one as he grows.
Play with, bottle feed, change diapers, and tidy play areas.
Need to be comfortable working in a home where parents will be working from home. Need to be comfortable with a friendly dog in the home.
What we’re looking for:
Someone nurturing, dependable, and energetic.
Infant care experience.
Required: Up-to-date TDAP vaccination and CPR/First Aid certification.

Due the end of December with a baby boy. Seeking to nanny share starting in early March 2025 on a part-time (~20 hour/week) basis. My partner works from home full time and I work from home 4/5 days per week. Our home would be available 2 days a week for watching the kids but we are flexible if circumstances come up. We have three well behaved pets (two cats and a small dog). We would expect the nanny to only take care of efforts related to the babies and minor cleanup. We also have 2 pups -1 large, 1 small- who are part of the family so you must be comfortable with dogs. We do work long hours on variable days -including weekends- so you would be expected to arrive at 6 a.m. and end at 7 p.m.
