Live-In Part-Time Nanny Job: The Herrera Family with 1 Child

My husband was in a car accident 2 years ago and is paralyzed. We both stay home full time. We have a sweet baby girl that is 19 months old & so full of fun! I am looking for time to step a way during the week to go workout, run errands while the little one if being cared for or possibly if the husband and I want to step out for dinner. We have a 4,000 sq ft home so the bedroom our nanny will be living in will be on the other side of the house along with there own full bathroom.
Expectations:
Care/Feed child when needed
Light Housekeeping
Laundry/help with dishes/vacuum/mop when needed

Hello! Baby on the way! We will be looking for part time care starting end of March beginning of April. Hours will be btw 8am-10am and you will be done by 2:30-3. Some weeks might be more come August .Baby girl will be 2 months. I work from home so it will be helping while I work, I don’t really know what this will look like as I didn’t work remotely with my first. Possible travel with me in the beginning.

My wife is in nursing school right now with school two days a week and starting an April 3 days a week and I am an electrician while running a distributorship and rep agency with my dad who lives with us. So I work 40+ hours a week 630-4pm. We have an active 4 year old who goes to preschool 3 times a week. We are looking for someone that can pick him up and drop him off. It's Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 11am to 1:45pm. However we need Wednesday and Thursday covered. We need 6-12pm on Wednesdays and 8-2 on Thursdays and in April 6-4pm on Mondays. The school is next to our neighborhood so it is a short trip. We also need someone that's okay with pets. We have two dogs and 4 cat. One lab and small maltese dog.Only one cat is inside the others perfer to stay outside. All animals are very friendly and you can keep the lab in the cage. We have a doggy door. We also would like someone to be cleaning lightly while our son is at school. Grandpa would be coming in and out of the house during the day but he would not bother you in fact he would more than likely play with him for a bit to give you a break. We also have a grandmother that can always take him in case of an emergency she lives about 15 minutes away. David is a very sweet kid overall very loved by all his teachers he's just very hyper sometimes but never destructive or mean hyper. He loves to play outside and always wants a friend to play with. He does listen to instructions as well and knows his own routine very well.
