Hi! We are a young family in Plano with twin boys. We are looking for someone who can watch our boys so that my husband, Matt, and I can have occasional date nights. We recently moved to Plano from out of state.
Our ideal babysitter will be hands on with the boys doing age appropriate activities with limited screen time. Our boys are very playful and enjoy playing with Hot Wheels, playing sports and games, doing arts and crafts, as well as pretend play like cooking in their play kitchen or dressing up in superhero costumes. In addition, there will be times where you will need to prep basic meals and/or snacks for the boys but we do not expect you to do additional chores or tasks around our house. Both boys are potty trained. We also have two friendly dogs which you may need to let outside occasionally.
We hope to find someone who has weekend availability and potentially some week night availability. Pay will depend on experience and we may do a background check as well. At this time, care will just be provided in our home but could work toward helping with pickup and drop off at preschool and camps in the future.

9-month-old girl and almost 2. 5-year-old boy needing a part-time nanny as I return to work! Husband's family is from Poland so we are teaching our children both English and Polish. Both children have sweet/fun loving personalities. 2. 5-year-old is somewhat shy at first but warms up quickly. 8-month-old takes short morning nap either at home or on the go if out for morning activity. They both take a long afternoon nap around 1-3pm! They are pretty easy going when it comes to entertainment. They enjoy water play, walks in their wagon, blocks, music, the library right down the street, etc. Currently in the hiring process for my job so exact schedule may vary somewhat on which days of the week but looking for 3-4 days/week consistently. We have a 6 year old daughter and a 1 year old foster baby. Our baby boy legally requires respite certified care, so he won’t be included in our nanny requirements.
We are looking for potential help while both of us (parents) work full time.
Currently our daughter is in school during the day, but she will need care during the day over the summer.
Care over the summer will mostly consist of playing with, entertaining, and occupying our daughter’s time from approximately 8am to 5pm 3-4 times a week.
Dad works M-F 8-5, and Mom works 8-8 3-4 days a week as assigned; nurses have variable schedules from week to week.
