Part-Time Nanny Job: The Purcell Family with 1 Child
Morning & Afternoon Nanny Needed for 11yr old. looking for a reliable, caring, and responsible nanny to help with my 11-year-old son (almost 12) during the school year. Schedule: Tues & Thurs:5:45/6:00am-8:10am Wed.: If able, 12:45pm- 3:00pm. position would follow the school calendar, so no care during major school holidays, Thanksgiving, Christmas end of May for summer. Responsibilities; morning routine would involve being in my home and encouraging my son(Draven) to eat breakfast, making sure he is prepared to leave. Making sure he gets on his school bus/van safely. Depending on the morning, standing outside and keeping an eye on him while he rides his scooter around the block near our home.Make sure he takes both his water bottle and lunch box with him. Before leaving, ensuring all doors are closed except the back door. dogs are blocked off from the living room. will show you how.About Draven: is independent and quite. He has mild autism and adhd. when he was younger, struggled with large groups of people and lots of noise. he has never really been comfortable in a daycare and still does not do well. He does best with a calm and supportive person who can give him some independence while also keeping an eye on him. Our Dogs:I have two large dogs, so being comfortable around dogs is very important. 1 of them can be intimidating, so someone who is not fearful of dogs. We have had several people in and out of our home over the four years we've lived in Arizona, and she has never bitten anyone. Pay & DDD
One thing to be aware of is that I would need to pay the nanny every two weeks when I get paid. We are also set up with DDD (Division of Developmental Disabilities). If you currently work through an agency that works with DDD and would be willing to take us on as clients, we would be very happy to explore that option. I have worked with several people through different agencies/entities. If this sounds like a good fit for you. I would love to hear from you!

Part-Time Nanny Job: The Natal Family with 2 Children
We are looking for a loving, attentive and fun helper for our family. We have a special needs son who is 7 years old. Our son has Cerebral Palsy with limited abilities in movement such as sitting, walking and standing. Our son is the sweetest boy with a beautiful smile and contagious laugh! He loves to be engaged, loves attention, loves hugs and kisses and needs a special person to be his best friend! We also need help at times with our 10 year old daughter but she is very independent.
Our son is developmentally behind but with a great helper we would love to see him work on his skills and make gains! We would like for the nanny to work on his developmental goals, such as helping him practice communication, practice using his hands to grasp things, practice sitting and walking, practice his self feeding skills, and learn new things.
Our nanny will need to be able to pick our son up and be able to carry him. He does have a wheelchair but still needs picked up, therefore our nanny needs to be able to pick up 50 pounds.
We would love someone that is fun, cheerful, loving, reliable, attentive, patient and who connects well with children. Someone that will truly learn how to engage with our son even though he is non-verbal and interact with him so that he has fun learning new skills. Caring for our son is priority and the most important responsibility our nanny will have.
