This is a position for a full time nanny starting with an infant (due date is 6/6/26). I am a single mother and a physician and will need someone starting August 2026. Guaranteed 40 hours per week with time and a half for any hours over 40. Looking for someone very reliable and nurturing to grow with my child. I am interested in someone willing to be structured with schedules and basic discipline as the child grows. Would like someone to help nurture creative play and some learning. I will need a nanny long-term and would love to be paired with someone who can be part of the family! Full vaccinations required due to family members who are immune suppressed. Would love someone to help with light baby/child-related housework and occasional meal prep. First aid/CPR certification preferred.

We are a warm, easygoing family looking to connect with reliable caregivers for occasional backup childcare during the workweek (Monday–Friday, roughly 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) as well as date nights and occasional weekend coverage.
Both parents work from home, and Finn is our energetic, curious, and social little guy. He loves books, music, exploring, outdoor walks, and making friends wherever he goes. He is generally happy, adaptable, and easy to engage with once he gets comfortable.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with toddlers and can provide a safe, nurturing, and playful environment. A typical day includes playing, reading books, serving meals and snacks, diaper changes, helping with naps, and keeping up with Finn's established routine. We value caregivers who are attentive, patient, communicative, and comfortable following a child-led schedule.
Finn's routine, preferences, sleep schedule, meals, and care instructions are well documented, so you'll always have guidance and support. We want anyone caring for him to feel confident and set up for success.
Experience with infants and toddlers, CPR certification, and dependable transportation are a plus.
We're hoping to build relationships with a few trusted caregivers who can become familiar with our family and be available when additional coverage is needed.
