We're a family of five, plus a dog, who love Duluth, getting outdoors and traveling. We're looking for a Household & Family Assistant for about 20 hours a week. The job is a mix of keeping our home running smoothly, cleaning, tackling house projects, and spending one evening a week with our three kids (ages 5, 7 and 9).
You'll work closely with Sarah, who manages our household. We're looking for someone who takes real pride in a well-kept home, enjoys kids, and wants a steady, long-term role with a family that will appreciate them.
Schedule
We'll set a regular weekly schedule together, with some flexibility to fit the right person.
What we need
One evening a week with the kids, so we can have a date night.
At least one of Tuesday or Thursday morning; ideally both.
About 20 hours a week, though we're flexible for the right candidate.

My schedule is flexible but I do worry much about my child as tending to someone with ADS can be difficult, I’d really appreciate your patience in going places/ taking her to do activities as well as help her with her reading. She loves to draw and paint so arts and crafts are definitely within our household. I she is allergic to peanuts and certain antibiotics which I can explain further more in detail once we have a chat. I am willing to pay above my intended rate if necessary! The days I work is Monday - Friday 6 am to 2 pm I would need a nanny to put Marlo on the bus at 7:10 am he catches the school bus home 2:21 pm but it’s the summer time is coming you would have to make breakfast and a slight lunch

We are looking for a part time nanny who is willing to be flexible with scheduling. Our daughter is 7 months old. We are both nurses and work shift work, so hours would vary- being able to occasionally watch baby overnight would be ideal. We would need someone from either 6:25am-3:45pm or from 1030pm-8am. We do have 4 dogs, but could place some of them in their kennels while we are gone. Other duties would include letting the dogs out at least once during the day and possibly some light housework (dishes, baby’s laundry).
