Hi! I have a 22 month old son, Ronny, who is the most fun! My husband was just deployed, though, and I need some help with pickup and drop off due to my job being very demanding. Would also ask you let our dogs into back yard during PM shift and sometimes lay down food if I am arriving home very late. well behaved adorable two year-old needs help in the morning getting ready for preschool. On days no preschool, just hanging out with her and playing outside with bugs and indoors with dolls, etc. Making sure she has snack. In the evenings, making sure that she is occupied without television, very easy for her. I have sustained injury and undergoing cancer treatment, but I'll be in the home.. 1 Grandma is around the corner for any issues that may come up, but she's not really equipped for this level of daily care. Husband very involved that has a demanding job. I have a 12-year-old and a 19-year-old. Good helpers

I am searching for quality care for my 3 year old son. He is very independent and very active. He loves to learn new things and repeat the things he has learned. He is daring and will attempt to try something new if he is interested. He loves to play with water, puzzles, cars, and more. My son is a very picky eater. He does not eat meat (some exceptions), he is very big on eating fruit and other solids but fruit is his food of choice. I can further elaborate at the time you start.
I am a single father who works from home as an Analyst & Consultant. However, there are times that require me to go out of town for work, sometimes several days at a time. The hours will likely be from the morning to afternoon (when kids are out of school) at that point one of my family members will take over for the evening and early morning.
I am looking for someone who can potentially be a part of the family to us. Someone who is reliable, nurturing, caring, and willing to educate my son.
I have my son on a routine. He is currently learning and excelling in the basics (numbers, shapes, colors, commads, and etc), I also have him learning Spanish and I ensure he exercises (runs/plays) everyday. Outside of that he has free reign to play, learn and grow :).
