We’re a family in downtown Indianapolis looking for a loving, reliable, and engaging full-time nanny for our daughter, Collins (15 months).
40hrs/wk Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm. Some flexibility on start or end time is preferred.
Collins is a happy, curious, and playful little girl who loves books, music, being outdoors, and exploring the world around her!
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with toddlers, is attentive to developmental milestones, and loves creating fun, enriching experiences through play, learning, and outings. We value kindness, patience, reliability, and open communication. Above all, we’re hoping to find someone who will build a special bond with Collins and become a trusted part of our family!
We have a small dog + cat. Must be comfortable with animals.

Responsibilities
Stay with her throughout the school day, including transitions, lunch and recess.
Prevent falls and respond to seizures following her seizure action plan.
Provide extra one-on-one instruction and reinforce classroom lessons (7th grade level).
Work with her teachers, school nurse, and communicate daily with our family.
Requirements
CPR certification. Training on seizure action plan will be provided.
Calm under pressure, patient, and attentive.
Background check required.
Safe school training to be completed upon hire.
Details: Monday through Friday 7:50am-3:15pm. Will follow school calendar with holidays and school breaks off. Pay is negotiable based on experience.
Opportunity for additional pay for after school tutoring optional.

Hi! I have a 5 month old baby girl and I am a first time mom. I want to start back up with online classes to finish my degree but I do not have time to do that with the baby. I would like someone to watch the baby about three afternoons a week so I can get some schoolwork done. I wouldn’t mind meal prepping dinner either! I do have an elderly dog so I wouldn’t mind someone who is okay with animals. I am particularly concerned that I would have someone that I could trust with the baby. I am always concerned about making sure she is safe and will not experience any type of abuse in any form. I am focused on creating secure attachment and gentle but assertive parenting. Not permissive but gentle.
