Babysitter Job: The Lindsey Family with 2 Children
We are currently looking for a Spanish-speaking nanny to help watch over our two children, two years old and one years old. We are looking to immerse our children in the Spanish language, and are trying to find a nanny, comfortable enough to speak Spanish during the entire session. We are looking for childcare from around 4:30 PM to around 9 or 9:30 PM. This would be a reoccurring Friday position. Please let me know if you would be interested.

We're screen-free household during nanny hours, so I'm looking for someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with toddles through reading, conversation, play, and age-appropriate activities.
The most important consideration is Ry's food allergies. She has multiple severe food allergies, so I need someone who is extremely attentive, responsive, and comfortable following our food safety instructions carefully. Because of her allergies, a nanny without pets is required.
Pay $15 -$20/hour, based on experience. Above all, I'm looking for someone I can trust to be both sensitive and highly responsive to Ry's allergy needs while providing her with warm engaged care.

We jet-set for up to a month at a time several times throughout the year and seek a professional nanny who is up for the journey and adaptable to this travel lifestyle.
In addition to our daily housekeeper. Our current trusted nanny, who has been with us since our oldest was an infant, will continue her role and share duties with the new hire. A private bedroom will be provided while traveling. Must be a team player and collaboratively work in tandem with the fellow nanny and the parents. You will be responsible for driving the children while on the job. A family car will be provided. Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license.
The ideal candidate is versed in RIE and Montessori philosophies. Flexibility is key to this role, encompassing weekend work and extended travel. However, we are committed to ensuring ournannies avoid burnout by incorporating relief days into the schedule, facilitated by the presence of two dedicated caregivers.
