Part-Time Nanny Job: The Heberer Family with 1 Child

I have one baby, he just turned one and he’s a wonderful baby. He’s my first and I just need a little extra support during the day. I’m a stay at home mom but I’m finding it difficult to get anything done other than tend to him, so I’d love to find someone that could come over to my house and keep an eye on him, play with him, feed him and make sure he’s safe while I tend to other things occasionally. The other thing I’m looking for is someone who’s comfortable coming out with me to watch him while I workout. I have a bit of separation anxiety with him so I’m unwilling to leave him at someone else’s house while I workout, but playing with him/walking him around nearby would be great.
