Part-Time Nanny Needed – 3 Days per Week
We are a busy healthcare family seeking a warm, experienced, and dependable nanny to care for our young son three days per week. With both parents working in healthcare and occasionally having long workdays, reliability, consistency, and flexibility are especially important to our family.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and has a strong understanding of early childhood development. Our ideal nanny is patient, nurturing, engaging, and proactive in creating a safe, loving, and stimulating environment.
Responsibilities include age-appropriate activities, encouraging developmental milestones, maintaining daily routines, preparing meals and snacks, and light child-related housekeeping.

My husband has recently acquired a business locally and will not have paternity leave. I work part-time in curriculum development and educational consulting, but will be working from home. I primarily need help balancing the new arrival of a baby with caring for our household. I would love someone that will enjoy cuddling a newborn while I help our toddler feel special and adapt to her new role as big sister. I would prefer someone with an interest in child development to maintain a high level of engagement while working with my toddler, but I am happy to set up the activities in advance. We can be extremely flexible about which hours you work per week, as long as they add up to close to full-time support. There are no additional responsibilities outside of the home (e.g. pick-up or drop-off). Light housework (dishes, folding laundry) would be very appreciated.
