We have 2 little energetic boys, Oliver and Casper, and are looking for a morning nanny to help get our kids ready in the mornings before school/daycare. This would include breakfast, changing, cleanup, playing, and generally getting them ready for the day, but would not include any drop off duties.
Our kids tend to wake early, so we're looking for help Monday-Friday, 5:45-8:45 am.
Please note that we have a dog and a cat, both extremely friendly. You may need to feed the cat in the mornings so he doesn't meow your ear off, but other than that, no pet care is expected.

My wife and I are seeking a long-term, part-time Mandarin speaking “companion-nanny" to engage with our fun 3-1/2 year old son in Mandarin during his weekday afternoon play and routine activities so he can acquire the language naturally.
Note that since the primary focus is language development, we can generally offer more scheduling flexibility than is typical in nanny positions when personal matters arise, such as exams, family obligations, or healthcare needs.

REQUIRED LANGUAGES:
* Fluent Mandarin.
* English.
LOCATION:
* Sunnyvale (Heritage District), near Caltrain.
SCHEDULE:
* Weekday afternoons[phone number hidden] PM (or any 4+ hour block after 12:30 PM), following Preschool, TK, or Kindergarten.
* Anticipate 3 weekdays per week.
* Open to 4 or 5 weekdays per week.
* Flexible start date, hoping for early to mid March.
* Role envisioned to continue through August 2028.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Socially engage with our son in Mandarin during his afternoon play and routine activities so he can acquire the language naturally.
* Provide brief Mandarin lessons (approximately 20-40 minutes per day for now).
* Perform light child-related chores as needed, such as helping him with toy cleanup and his laundry.
* Occasional assistance with TK and Kindergarten lessons.
* Occasional preschool pickup and limited after-school transportation (helpful but not required).
PAY:
* $30 - $40 per hour.
* W-2.
* Paid vacation.
* Incidental and educational material expenses covered.
