A little bit about us

We are seeking a warm, attentive house manager for our sweet 14-month-old. Mom works from home so we need someone comfortable working alongside a parent in a shared space. Our home follows a Montessori and baby-led approach, emphasizing respectful caregiving, independence, and low stimulation. Our baby enjoys daily walks, outdoor time and gentle exploration on the floor and developmental playtime during wake windows. Responsibilities include keeping home clean and organized, loving infant care, age-appropriate play (no screens), supporting naps, laundry, and tidying during nap time. Ideal candidate: organized and detailed house manager, infant experience, gentle and reliable, familiar with or interested in Montessori caregiving, and comfortable with a work-from-home parent. excited to find a trusted house manager for our family and child.

We need help looking after our special needs 16year old girl (practically non-verbal but very adept at communicating via an assistive device) after school and a some hours during the weekend. Our ideal nanny should be able to pick our daughter up from the bus and feed her lunch and then spend the rest of the time playing, reading, going for walks. We are looking for someone for long-term and really value punctuality and some flexibility with schedule (during school breaks, etc. ). We are also very open to a live-in arrangement and have had a lot of success for the past 2+ years with a live-in caregiver.

Typical work hours we need are M-F 2:30-7:30 (during school) and one day of the weekend (10-6).
