Hello! We are looking for a part time mothers helper/nanny. Maybe 10 hours a week. Open to a nanny share as well. I will be working from home during the times I will extra help. The days are M-Fr but the hours will vary.

Hi - My wife and I are looking for a full time nanny for our son (10 months). Our current nanny is awesome but she's older and won't be able to keep up when he can start walking which will be soon. So, we are looking for someone full time that can take over and care for him! We are looking for 9am-3pm Mon-Fri, can adjust to 8am-3pm if preferred. Looking for someone who will spend meaningful time engaging with him, playing at the house, walking him in his stroller around the neighborhood, taking him to parks, kiddie classes, the pool in the summer, etc. My wife and I are super easy going and understanding. Life is busy outside of work, so if you are sick or need time off or whatever we just ask for a heads up. We historically paid our nanny in cash, to help her save on taxes, but are open to something more structured and formal, whatever makes you most comfortable. We're totally fine with taking time off whether a mental health day here, a vacation, whatever it may be we just ask for enough notice so we can find other accommodations! Our son is well mannered, he has his fussy moments! but is generally a happy little guy. Loves to play, be around people and loves his dog. Drinks four bottles of formula a day, and is eating three solid little meals as well. Our house has plenty of space, fenced in backyard and we're in a great neighborhood close to a bunch of stuff in Charlotte (South Park area). All in we're looking for someone sweet and reliable who will enjoy spending time with our son and can be apart of the family the next while.

We are expecting our second child in May 2024. We will need full time care (Monday - Friday) starting in July 2024. We will have our newborn and our oldest daughter as well who is 7. Any responsibilities around her care would be pick up from school and dropping her at any after school practice. Our newborn would likely be most of the work. This would include feedings, planning a stimulating day outside of the house and putting baby down for naps. During nap time it would be helpful for you to help clean around the house (laundry, dishes, tidying up, etc.). We can't wait to hear from you!

As far as responsibilities go, we’re hoping for the following:
- Provide for basic needs for baby - administer food, change diapers, put baby down for nap time, enjoy baby during play time
- Prepping bottles
- Preparing meals for baby
- Maintain a clean environment (clean up after baby)
- Errands for baby - grocery shopping for baby, order more formula online if we’re out, order laundry detergent and stain remover for baby if we’re out, etc.
- Laundry for baby
- Arrange playdates and outings
- Accompany baby on activities
We are open to discussing the compensation package.
