We are in search of a part-time nanny for our curious, smiling one year-old daughter. We would like to find someone who is energetic, engaging, and will help her to begin her learning journey through various learning modalities (e.g., singing, dancing, social activities, etc.). She is the youngest of four and has been at home with with us since birth. We primarily work from home which provides flexibility, but we also would like her to have more engagement and activities throughout the day. Specific days of care are negotiable, but we would like support for 2 to 3 days a week and prefer for her care to take place from 8:30/9 AM until 4:30/5 PM.

I am a realtor so my hours aren't totally set but I am willing to come up with a set weekly schedule to make it work however someone with flexibility in their schedule would be ideal. We have one boxer-pit-bull so looking for someone who is dog-friendly and could potentially let her in and out of the backyard as well. Our son is about to turn a year and we want someone who can help out while I work from home or can be trusted if I need to leave the house for an hour or two.
