Hi! I have two boys, ages 5 and 7, and am looking for 1-2 days a week before and after school care. 6:50 to 7:40, and 3:30 to about 6, sometimes 7:30. My boys are energetic and sweet. My oldest does have adhd and mornings and evenings can be a little more emotionally challenging but my other babysitters haven’t had any big problems. I don’t expect a bunch of housekeeping, just picking up plates and not letting them wreck the house. We love being outdoors and they have very limited iPad time, usually once a week. We need someone patient and calm but firm. They’ll know quick if they can run you.

My husband and I are surgeons we have crazy schedules so we will be looking for someone that can accommodate that. We have twins 3 year old girls and a 1 year old boy with autism. We are communicating with our 1 year old by using ASL so that is an absolute must to know and understand. We are also talking and teaching our kids French so it is not an absolute must to know or understand but it would be nice. We will need help at all hours of the day but Sunday when both me and my husband are off. Our schedule will change daily so we will need a fleible nanny. We need someone that's able to drive, run errands, cook, and occasionally clean and do laundry. We hope to communicate in a family meeting at least once a week to go over the schedule, meal plan, activities, and things like that.
